Freight charges are separate to the actual price of the goods ordered. Delivery schedules below apply to orders placed before 2:00pm where goods are in stock. If there are items that need to be ordered in from our suppliers delivery can take up to 5 working days, any longer and we will advise you of the lead time.

Mainland UK next working day, Scottish highlands 2 working days: £6.95 per consignment, no weight limit.
Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, IOM, IOW, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, 2 working days: £16.95 per consignment up to 10 kilos, measured as actual weight or volumetric weight whichever is the larger.
Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Republic of Ireland, 2 working days: £16.95 Per 30 kilo parcel.
Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Italy, Slovakia, Spain, 3-4 working days: £24.95 Per 30 kilo parcel.
Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Sweden, 4-5 working days: £27.95 Per 30 kilo parcel.
Bulgaria, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, 4-6 working days: £34.95 Per 30 kilo parcel.
Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, 4-6 working days: £59.95 Per 30 kilo parcel.
Rest of the World including Cyprus, Gibralter, Malta, 5-7 working days: £29.95 Per parcel up to 1 kilo, measured as actual weight or volumetric weight whichever is the larger.
All mainland United Kingdom addresses are charged a flat rate per consignment, but addresses outside this area have a weight limit for the rate charged. Due to the huge variety in weight and shape of filters, and the different shipping costs worldwide, it is impossible for our website software to calculate the exact freight charge for these areas. If your order is over the weight limit we will contact you to arrange any extra payment. Certain areas of the world are very expensive to ship to so we reserve the right to change our broad based freight charges if so affected.

Returns:
Goods shipped from stock can be returned up to 14 days after receipt of order. Just return unwanted goods to us to receive an immediate refund. Our address can be found on the delivery documents or by clicking Contact Us at the bottom of the page. Please note, any outbound freight charges will not be refunded and items that are ordered in especially for the customer cannot be returned.
